Reservation Procedures

Individual reservations must be received by the resort by 5:00 pm on August 25, 2026.  Reservations should be made by visiting www.civanacarefree.com and using the group code daVINCI26 in the promo/group code section or by calling CIVANA reservations at 480-653-9000. If calling in to make your reservation, you should identify yourself as part of the DAVINCI 50 – Meeting Block when making reservations in order to receive the special group rates that has been made available to you.  A valid credit card or debit card will be required at the time of reservation for guarantee.

Cut-off

After 5:00 p.m. on August 25, 2026 all room nights set aside for our group will be released for general sale and may be quoted based on availability at prevailing rates at the time the reservation is requested.

After 5:00 p.m. on August 25, 2026, the group code will no longer be functioning on the hotel website.  Depending on availability, you may still receive the group rate by calling the resort directly at 480.653.9000.
