Make Your Reservation

Reservations at the Civana Wellness Resort and Spa must be received by 5:00 pm on August 22, 2025.  Reservations should be made by visiting www.civanacarefree.com and using the group code 091525DAVI in the "promo/group code section" or by calling reservations at 480-653-9000. 

If making reservations by mail, please identify yourself as part of the daVinci50 Mastermind Block when making your reservation in order to receive the special group rate. 

A valid credit card or debit card will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

Civana offers two airport transportation options for PHX. Private airport transfers are available all day, at a cost of $300 round-trip or $175 each way. Additional fees apply for 4 or more passengers per transfer.
